Mental health is something everyone has intrinsically linked to and probably inseparable from physical health. It isnt a sign of weakness, it isnt shameful and it isnt all in your mind. Mental health is important, it is worth making time for, it is real.

Fondly known as Ribha, Phidaribha Warjri, was diangnosed with manic depression sometime between 2017 and 2018. In this book, she opens about her struggle with depression where she reveals that she had an episode of psychosis. She hopes to break the silence and speaks out in order to end the stigma associated with mental illness because mental health matters.
