*HUAWEI Care+ is an official protection service which provided officially from HUAWEI to protect consumer HUAWEI devices against accident damages that are caused by accidents such as drops, impacts, squeezes or water penetration.
*HUAWEI Care+ must be purchased either directly with the new devices or within 7 days from purchasing the new device.
HUAWEI Care+ covers devices which are purchased from official sales channels in Saudi Arabia.
After purchasing HUAWEI Care+, customer can check its device’s right from My HUAWEI App via: My HUAWEI App >> Support >> Quick Services >> Benefits.
To get benefit from HUAWEI Care+, customer need to visit or send his device to any authorized HUAWEI Service Center in Saudi Arabia.
There are multiple type of HUAWEI Care+ which cover HUAWEI devices for either 2 Years / or 3 Years.
