Vladimir Lazarevik is an accomplished management consultant and health systems expert with a career spanning leading firms in the Middle East and beyond. He began his consulting journey in 2016 as a Senior Health Expert with McKinsey & Company. He later joined Arthur D. Little in Dubai, where he contributed to high-impact strategic projects for two years. In January 2023, he took on the role of Head of Health System Financing at NEOM, one of the worlds most ambitious development projects.

In early 2025, Vladimir founded the Leadership and Management Consulting (LMC) Academy - a dedicated organization to train the next generation of management consultants. Through the LMC Academy, he aims to bridge the gap between theory and practice, empowering young professionals with the essential skills to succeed in the consulting field.

Vladimir continues to collaborate with leading firms across the Middle East, focusing on health economics, strategy, and system transformation.
