A time travel novel based on the Wood Sisters big band singers of the 1940s era who sang in Horace Heidts band. A young writer is given photos and mementos of the sisters and suddenly finds herself propelled back in time to the Forties and finds an interesting parallel in her own life span where she finds love in the past days before World War II; Big Band Era, Jimmy Stewart and Paulette Goddard in PotO Gold before the War breaks out finds writer Kate in the past with her lover Bradford St. John. Kate meets the Wood Sisters through finding literally thousands of photos given to her by an ailing aged Lee, husband of Gloria Wood.
