Voluntary Apnea

""Apnea means """"The temporary cessation of breathing, especially during sleep."""" This collection of poems aims to explore the different ways we put ourselves on hold, or hold our breath for others. Voluntary Apnea asks you to take a moment to reflect and consider where the pauses in life should or shouldnt be, how to exhale through pain or take the decision to finally come up for air.""
