Vehicle Inspection

The Annual Vehicle Inspection was adopted in the city of Sمo Paulo for four years and then abandoned by the municipal government. The book shows how this instrument encouraged the preventive and corrective maintenance of cars, motorcycles and heavy vehicles, significantly reducing the volumes of air pollution in the city while it was adopted, making it a fundamental tool for reducing the concentration of toxic and greenhouse gases in cities with a large number of vehicles.
