Gang life seems to be getting the better of Uncle Martin, for in this story, he gets into a minor scuffle with the members of his gang. This quickly explodes into an all-out war! This leads to the gang members voting to have Uncle Martin impeached from his own gang! Brad, who speaks the loudest, demands Tim to take the job, and believes he can do better.
