Their Agony : Every Life Matters

Often people dont want their lives to end; they just wish the pain theyre experiencing in life would end. Life can become overwhelming for all ages. Unfortunately, according to the National Alliance of Mental Health, suicide is the second leading cause of death among millenials.

This book is an amalgamation of unique tales, thoughts, and ones sufferings from individual lives. It aims to make the youth feel that they are not alone in this and together we can do anything even what we can not even dream of.
74 people from different countries have contributed to convert a thought in a book in order to shed light on the increasing rates of depression and suicides among millenials. We all have our own unique stories which sometimes lead to take some negative steps in our lives. We hope that by shedding light on this topic through this book, people can realise that they are not alone and struggle is a part of life.
