The Sailors Lass

Romance and psychic danger in brass buttons and petticoats

Sometimes danger and adventure come knocking, no matter how well youve hidden yourself.

Deep in rural Regency Brittany, Lady Susanna Greyson has hidden her strange abilities from both her neighbours and The Guild, an arcane secret society she knew was looking for her. Shes been successful, until she finds a wounded British sailor. Against all reason - driven by compassion and a strange compulsion - she takes a terrible risk and helps the enemy.

The British Navy may rule the frigid English Channel, but Lieutenant Arthur Bladewood finds himself far from home. Landlocked, betrayed and shot. Unknowingly, Arthur has tangled them both in the Guilds secret business and led their most dangerous enemy straight to Susanna. Hunted by smugglers, assassins and the French army - friend and foe alike - he, too, must now risk his life for hers.
