THE INVISIBLE KINGDOMS

After a storm, a young guy is found comatose on the beach in this short story. He has lost his ability to remember things. He is taken in by a family, and everything goes well until the raiders arrive. He is eventually persuaded to try to save the familys son and bring the hamlet back to health. There are stumbling blocks along the way, and as he regains his memory, he is split between continuing and returning.
