The Garden and The Graveyard

The Garden & The Graveyard is a collection of poems written for those who are battling depression or seemed to lose their sense of self. It was written to express themes of love, friendship, and family. It is intended to inspire those people to grow their own garden within through hard work on self. Hard work that will blossom into a garden full of self love, harmony, and peace.

Part 1 has a dark theme that covers a variety of topics including having a savior complex and depression. Part 2 ends the poetry collection light-heartedly covering topics such as romantic love, platonic love and hope for a better world. The book shows the opposing sides of Kililah clearly through the contrast between Parts 1 and 2.
