The Forgotten Apology

Hari, enjoying the sunset of his fulfilling life in the picturesque small town of Almora, decides to do the unthinkable.

When everything was moving on smoothly, an abrupt discussion with his grandson opens up the old wound, forcing him to take a trip all the way to San Francisco, to seek an apology, he had almost forgotten about, from a friend, he hadnt spoken with, in 40 years.

The time, they say, heals everything, but his injury has only gotten bigger, especially with this sudden realization after a huge passage of time.

Now, he cant return till he receives the forgiveness, he yearns for, while his son is stunned with what he feels is his fathers age-induced eccentricity.

Will Hari get the apology he is dying for or will he be forced to live the rest of his life with regret and guilt.
