About this Product
The Broke Kids Club Collection brings together three inspiring stories of friendship, teamwork, and the unstoppable power of kids determined to make a difference. Packed with humor, heart, and important lessons, this collection is perfect for readers aged 9-12 who want to see how small actions can create big change.
In the first story, The Broke Kids Club, readers meet Riley, Maria, and their friends, a scrappy group of kids from Glenwood who refuse to let their broken community define them. Armed with little more than a rusty lawnmower and a big dream, the club sets out to clean up their rundown park and prove that even kids can make a difference. But its not all smooth sailing. As they encounter obstacles, doubts, and even a few skeptics, the kids learn the value of persistence, teamwork, and believing in something bigger than themselves.
The second story, Ripples of Change, takes the clubs efforts to the next level. With their park project gaining attention, the kids tackle their biggest challenge yet: raising enough money to fix the old, rusted playground slide. Along the way, they host a garden market and talent show, inspire other kids to take action, and even face off against a rival group called Rise Up Glenwood. This story shows that making a difference isnt about being perfect-its about showing up, working hard, and lifting others as you go.
The bonus story, Harvest of Hope, brings everything full circle. The clubs garden is ready for harvest, but the work is far from over. With the county fair approaching, new friends from Clear Creek asking for guidance, and the pressure of growing their movement, the kids are tested like never before. Through challenges like pests, storms, and unexpected rivalries, they discover that true growth doesnt just happen in the garden-it happens in their hearts.
Across all three stories, The Broke Kids Club Collection delivers laughter, tears, and inspiration. Its about seeing the potential in every patch of dirt, every broken swing set, and every kid whos ever felt overlooked. Its about showing young readers that they dont have to wait to make a difference-they can start now, wherever they are, with whatever they have.
This collection is more than a set of stories. Its a call to action for kids everywhere to believe in themselves, come together, and plant their own seeds of change. Because when we grow together, theres no limit to what we can achieve.
