Ive always known I was special. After all, not everyone can turn into a dragon, right? At twelve years old, its finally my turn-but my excitement doesnt last long. Something terrible happens: the sacred tree, the very source of our shapeshifting power, begins to wither. If it dies, we lose our ability-forever.

No one knows why... or maybe someone does. A name whispers through the village like a ghost: an exiled sorcerer. The only clue leads to Raganlase Mountain, and I know its up to us-me and my best friend-to stop the destruction before its too late.

But can we really succeed when an enemy, a human boy, ends up joining our journey? When were forced to battle deadly traps and monstrous creatures? I have no idea. But nothing will stop me... or will it?
