Talent Identification in Basketball: TISTI Program

Profusion of books is achievable on Basketball especially in men sector. Talent identification, selection, training and improvement (TISTI) programs are scanty in team sports especially in consideration of Indian female Basketball. This book aims to indicating, exploring & analyzing the anthropometric & physiological variables and performance to success in basketball and then helpful to determine the squads of other levels and gender and that may be contributory for TISTI procedures and programs. The key summit of the book is factorial analysis to predict potential talent in terms of anthropometric and physiological ingredients in basketball players. I purely hope that present literature will give a driving force to the development of Basketball in Action. Application of findings may prove more effective TISTI program to everyone associated with Basketball Kith & kin as well as special use of research scholars, players, teams, coaches, associations, federation & their concerned persons; aficionado to find out the predicting factors in basketball & leveling the gulf of scanty literature in concern.I hope that it has helped to enhance ideas, coaching teaching & researching.
