1. These Terms and Conditions comprise ‘The sport Package Offer (the “Offer”) where customers are able to get up to 6 months’ voucher from Shahid, , free of charge upon the purchase of selected Samsung TV products (“Product(s)”).

2. The Campaign Offer is valid from 1st October – 31st October 2023 (“Offer Period”).

3. The Offer and or the Voucher shall at all times be subject to availability and may not be provided to all customers purchasing the Products.

4. In order to avail the Offer for Shahid and therefore redeem the Voucher, customers are first required to open the Samsung Promotions Application the (“App”) on one of the above listed products, follow the instruction therein, and activate it within the Activation Deadline which is the 31st of December 2023 (“Activation Deadline”).

5. The Offer is applicable to new Shahid and customers only. Existing customers of these services are required to use a different email ID and create new account(s) to activate the Offer.

6. The Offer and its related Voucher are subject to change and update at any time.

7. The Offer is not transferable to another Product nor is refundable or exchangeable for another content or service provided by Samsung.

8. This Offer cannot be combined with any other ongoing or future offer/promotion, and is not transferable.

9. Samsung will not be liable to the customer for any loss and/or damages of any kind whatsoever, suffered in connection with the redemption of the Voucher or usage of this Offer.

10. Samsung will be entitled at its sole and absolute discretion to terminate or modify the Offer or to modify, vary, delete or add to any of these Terms and Conditions at any time prior or during the Offer Period.

By participating in this Offer, the customer accepts that any dispute of whatever nature which is directly or indirectly related to these Terms and Conditions or to the participation in this Offer, will be subject to, governed and construed by the laws and regulations of the country of purchase of the Products in the Territory and such disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts in that country.
