The Board of Directors of Jarir Marketing Co. has recommended on 22/03/2018 the distribution of dividend to the shareholders for the period the 4th Quarter of 2017 as following:

1. 1. Total amount of distribution of dividend SAR 229.5 Millions.
2. 2. Dividend per share SAR 2.55.
3. 3. Dividend represents 25.5% of the Face value.
4. 4. Number of Shares for Dividend 90 Million.
5. 5. The eligibility of dividends shall be for the shareholders whose owns shares on maturity Monday, 02/04/2018, and registered with the Securities Depository Center Company (Depository Center) at the end of the second trading day following the date of maturity.
