Jarir Marketing Company Announces The Distribution of Q4 dividends and 2015 Financial results

JARIR MARKETING CO. ANNOUNCES THE DISTRIBUTION OF DIVIDEND FOR PERIOD THE FOURTH OF 2015

 

The Board of Directors of Jarir Marketing Co. has recommended the distribution of dividend to the shareholders for the period the fourth of 2015 as following:
1.Total amount of distribution of dividend SAR 175.5 Millions
2.Divided per share SAR 1.95
3.Divided represent 19.5% of the Face value.
4.The eligibility of dividends shall be for the shareholders registered in the registers of the Securities Depository Center (Tadawul) on 16/02/2016
5.Details of dividend distribution date : 25/02/2016

due to increase in 
- Sales of most sections especially smart phones 
- Other Income
- Number of showrooms from 36 to 40
and decrease in 
- General & Administration expenses
- Financial charges due to reduction in debts

OTHER NOTES

The turnover for the year ended 31st December, 2015 amounted to SR 6,375.4 m an increase of 11.9% compared to the last year SR 5,698.7 m. Five new showrooms (including one as replacement) were opened during the year.
