Private 241227 covers the life, loves, joys and losses of Yorkshire man Sam who finds love before friendship sends him off to France to do his bit for King and Country. Follow his foot steps through his tragic youth to his complicated adulthood, as he holds inside a deep secret never meant to be revealed. Partially based on my own Great Grandfathers life the story of one mans life leads us on a path of twists and turns as he shapes his life through every hardship thrown at him while showing his resilience and his dedication to what he believes in. Set in England, France and Wales this story offers the reader the chance to step back in time to a bygone age of hardship and sacrifice while touching upon almost every human emotion.
