Meet Ali Turtle, who is 5 years old. She lives at Wayland Pond with her dad, momma, and two best friends; Joyce the cat and Peyton puppy. Ali Turtle has trouble at home. She has trouble at school. After she learns that she has ADHD, she is sad because she is different than the other animals. Momma helps her understand that she is not alone. Her friends Maggie Mouse, who needs to wear glasses, and Terry Turkey, who has four toes on one foot, are different, too. And thats what makes them special.
