About this Product
One way to support first semester high school students in the construction of their life project is logotherapy. Through the psychotherapeutic work proposed by Viktor Frankl, it was possible to help adolescents in high school to find a metasense to their existence, through a list of actions and purposes in the short and medium term, as well as to find meaning to continue studying at the level in which they were and in the higher level. This study constituted a pilot research that opens the doors for further research in terms of expanding to more questions and topics that can be carried out to make students reflect and find out what their life expects from them.
