Topological Geometrodynamics (TGD) is a modification of general relativity inspired by the problems related to the definition of inertial and gravitational energies in general relativity. TGD The notion of many-sheeted space-time allows re-interpretation of the structure of perceived world in terms of macroscopic space-time topology and becomes especially important in TGD basd quantum biology. The generalization of number concept based on the fusion of real numbers and p-adic number fields generalizes the space-time concept allowing to identify space-time correlates of cognition and intentionality and leads to an identification of information measure for entanglement as a version of Shannon entropy implying the notion of negentropic entanglement. Negentropy Maximization Principle (NMP) defines the basic dynamical principle of consciousness. A precise definition of self and understanding of the arrow of psychological time emerges. Magnetic body carrying dark matter carrying large Planck constant phases at its flux tubes and receiving sensory input from and sending control commands to the biological body becomes the basic intentional agent in living matter.
