The title of story Lattoo refers to the hindi name of a toy called top with which children used to play in 90s. Like revolutions of lattoo story revolves around childhood of a child named Nalli. The story shows the confusion and tensions of a 90s kid who lives in post independent India. It provides an elaborate description of colonies of post independent India and how people used to live at that time and their mind set. Nalli is a boy who had his own world but parents made him join school as he was growing up which Nalli never wanted as he thought his independence will be lost.So lets move back to 90s and see how Nallis life is going on.......
