Jeremy Snow

Jeremy Snow arrived one cold, crisp winters morning. After a particularly heavy snowfall, Samantha builds a snowman and names him Jeremy Snow. He looks like any other snowman, but before long, Sam discovers she has built a very special snowman, one that can walk and talk! Together they enjoy many adventures. Jeremy teaches Sam to dance, while she takes him tobogganing and ice skating with her friends on her favourite pond. Jeremy even proves himself a hero when he saves the children after the ice on the pond breaks whilst they are skating. Though deemed a hero in the eyes of the children, he is thought of as a traitor by his fellow snowmen, who blame him for destroying their pond. When the sun comes out the next morning, Jeremy begins to melt, but the snowman refuses to accept the inevitable. With Sams help, he sets out to save himself. Nick Champion is a photojournalist and the director and playwright of a touring childrens theatre company. Jeremy Snow originated as a play he wrote for his theatre company and it has been seen and enjoyed by many thousands of children throughout Europe. He lives in Whitstable, England, and is working on his next two books.
