1. The installment service is provided by Emkan Financing, and they reserve the right to approve/reject any application based on the customer's eligibility and their terms and conditions.

2. In case of exchange or return or order cancellation, the refund amount will be added as store credit to your jarir online account or as gift vouchers (Jarir E-Gift Card) when exchanging/returning at any of our showrooms.

3. The validity of Emkan voucher application is 10 days from the day of activation.

4. Emkan voucher can only be used to buy once and after it's used it cannot be refunded in cash.

5. The installment tenures are 3 - 6 - 12 - 18 - 24 - 36 months. The customer has the right to choose any of the above only if it does not conflict with the installment company terms and conditions.

6. The installment service profit margin is 1.85% / month.
