The installment service is a service that Jarir bookstore provides in collaboration with Financing companies, that facilitates to customers buying products and pay for them through easy installment plans.

- The installment service is provided by Financing companies, and they reserve the right to approve/reject any application based on the customer’s eligibility and their terms and conditions.
- Items bought with installment can’t be returned with cash. In case customer wants to return/exchange, please refer to Jarir bookstore’s return and exchange policy.

Q: What is the minimum, and maximum amounts for installment transactions?
A: The minimum is SR 4,000 and Maximum is SR 30,000
Q: How long does the approval process take?
A: The approval process takes 30 – 15 minutes if all required documents are provided
Can I apply online, or I have to visit the store?
A: Customer can apply online to get an initial approval.
Q: Is there any required action in case customer’s application for installment is rejected from the installment company’s agent?
A: Acceptance, and Rejections are the responsibility of the Installment Company, and Jarir bookstore has no influence over it.
Q: Do Jarir Return and Exchange policies apply on the installment transactions?
A: Yes. Jarir bookstore’s Return and Exchange policies applies on all installment transactions
Q: Can the customer return products bought through installment in exchange for “CASH”?
A: No. Products bought through installment will not be returned for cash. In case customer wants to return or exchange, Jarir Return and Exchange Policies are applied.
