The heart is a crucial physical organ, controlling and maintaining bloodflow throughout the body. The heart is a crucial mental organ, influencing decisions and day to day activities. The heart is also a crucial emotional organ, feeling as though broken at times and requiring the most delicate of actions to mend. This book is about all aspects of the heart, the heart that feels so deeply it hurts, the heart that pounds almost outside your chest at moments, the heart that can make, or break, your day at the drop of a pin.
