It tells honest and raw true stories of the authors personal experiences of parental bereavement to now helping others navigate their own grief. It navigates themes such as childhood grieving and traumatic loss as well as grief from other angles. It explores the impact of support systems, how you can help a loved one through their loss, finding meaning in the mess & chaos that grief creates and gentle guidance on how to survive the storm and facilitate your own healing after a loss. This is a book of 2 halves - from the reflective & honest viewpoint of a griever to the professional perspective of a counsellor & coach, this book is from both sides of the therapy room.
