Geraldyn "Gerry" Eckber, the youngest of ten children, grew up in Toledo, Ohio. At work and at play, as a professional and a volunteer, she has been a writer, an author, and a blogger. The Minute Waltz stories highlight common bonds, fun and folly of daily life, seeking facts, facing facts, and trying to build each other up to feel better about ourselves and our society. A wife to her dear Donald for 63 years, Gerry, is also a mother, mother-in-law, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister, auntie, and also holding close to her heart, friends - old ones and new ones.
