Gamebreaker

My world is falling apart all around me, even though its supposed to be perfect. My best friend is dead and the government wont tell me anything. He went into the Army Academy three years ago, promising to return soon. There has been no contact, until now: a horrid letter announcing his death as if it is an achievement. All I want to know is how he is dead if there isnt any war to die in. But that doesnt seem to have an answer anyone can give. Or wants to give. I think the medicine is messing with my head. They say Im ill, but I feel fine. Except for the hallucinations. Im not even sure thats what they are; they seem too real. And hes everywhere I turn. Who to trust has become my largest emotional dispute. Who can you trust if you cant even trust yourself? And if thats not enough, I think my mother is hiding something from me. Then they took her away. Maybe the Systems not as perfect as its made out to be. Maybe my mothers not the only one with secrets...
