Fyan is a name given to the storm, which struck the Konkan coast in 2009. The storm didnt do it. The thrilling experience experienced by the citizens, however, the fear in the mind is always haunted by such a storm. Even today, the world of many who were caught in the storm has not stood still. The story of Fyan is a parody of the role of the government. Ten such stories are included in this collection. The author expects that the stories which create a storm of innumerable thoughts in the mind, will change the thoughts and feelings in our hearts and inculcate a human value. That is why this collection is named Fyan.
