Extension Approach and Method

This book offers core ideas on basic extension communication that will be useful for academicians in a class-room setting, as well as for researchers in rural and agricultural extension to understand development in practice. These ideas are highly related to the success or failure of extension delivery in field situations. Understanding approach and method of agricultural extension enable a practitioner to deliver professional extension service to the beneficiaries, and creating link with researchers. Thus, this book aims at benefiting an array of audience including practitioners, students, teachers and researchers in rural and agricultural extension. This book is a collection of ideas from several books and trainers; I have come across in the past one decade. I have also incorporated my own ideas from my long years of experience in development sector, and also as an academician teaching students regularly. I would be immensely happy if this would be a good reference material to the teachers and students community.
