Echoes of Destruction is the first installment of the First Matter Saga and W.K.s debut novel. Complete at just under 92,000 words, Echoes of Destruction is aimed at old and new fantasy readers alike interested in shorter, more fast-paced fantasy novels or genre-blending fantasy.

Back in Faydria, HIKOSHI, Ikaris old mentor, is firmly under the thumb of ALPHA, an occult leader of a fractured nation. Dangling the bait of vengeance and the safety of his remaining friends, Alpha sends Hikoshi across the world to find ancient relics of the past, but his plans are revealed to be much more sinister than Hikoshi imagined.
