Ebbceptance

Ebb and flow is the process of life, but that can be hard to remember when we are in the midst of an ebb state. We naturally want to be flowing all the time, but its the ebb that creates the forthcoming flow. Without ebb, there wouldnt be a flow. Learning to accept the ebb means being able to maintain a calm state of being no matter what the outside world presents. This is the ideal state.
