Dead Air

DEAD AIR
by m.j. mann

In the quiet town of Ridgethorne, the short-wave radio comes alive at 11:11 every night.
And then it whispers a name.

Wren Talbot didnt come back to bury the past-she came to forget it. But when an old ham radio in her grandfathers attic begins broadcasting cryptic warnings and unfamiliar names, she realizes the spiral of silence that haunts her town is far from over.

Each name spoken is a death sentence.

Each message, a fragment of something older.

Something looping.

As bodies begin to fall and the signal grows stronger, Wren finds messages written in her own handwriting-ones she doesnt remember leaving. Trapped between a past she cant recall and a future thats already calling her name, she must uncover the truth behind the broadcasts...

Before she becomes the final transmission.
