Count Ruperts Captive

Their carriage is attacked while on the way to Vienna, and Belle, the only survivor, is taken to the Counts castle. He employs her as companion to his niece, then, by a mixture of threats and promises, asks her to go with him to Vienna where the Congress is meeting, and help him persuade the politicians to return the Tyrol to Austria.
