Life is more often than not, unbalanced. We struggle to find time, express our true selves, and process the pain and pessimism we carry. Balance is a collection of poems that was created to explore the dichotomous nature of human existence. The reader will be presented with a series of poem pairs that are the antithesis of one another, traversing the topics of pain and perseverance.
