1. Customers who have purchased one of the following versions of Asus devices (Zenbook and ROG series) are eligible to exchange or return the device for any reason (even if there is no defect in the device) within the offer period in the KSA.

2. This service is valid for devices purchased from 01/11/2023 to 14/11/2023.

3. The exchange is valid within 14 days from the date of purchase, even if the purchase was made on the last day of the offer (14/11/2023).

4. This offer applies only to the following versions of Asus devices (Zenbook and ROG series).

5. For devices intended for exchange or return, the following points must be considered before starting the exchange or return process:

   •The device must have been exchanged within 14 days from the date of purchase (based on the purchase invoice).

   •The appearance of the device must be like new and without any damage (scratches/dents/bends).

   •The device box and all accessories (charger cable/other accessories) must be in good working condition without any damage.

6. DOA cases within the first 7 days should not be considered under the Satisfaction program.

7. Customers are eligible for this offer one time only.
