About this Product

Organizations worldwide cannot escape crises. Crises effect more than productivity, they often profoundly impact peoples lives. In an age of quantification, measuring the extent to which humans are impacted during crises is paramount. This present study delivers an argument for brief and pragmatic organizational crisis assessment instruments. Furthermore, a specific instruments (the TAS: O) psychometric properties are evaluated.
