Application of 8D as a quality management methodology

This work provides documentary information for the development of quality management tools in the automotive industry. The company, as the object of study, has different types of products in the metal-mechanical industry and seating systems.At present, the automotive industry is the one with the highest demand in the market, so it was decided to develop the entire methodology of problem solving for quality defects.This work is a recognition to the Universidad Autَnoma de Coahuila for allowing the publication of this research.
