A Software Process Model Handbook for Incorporating Peoples Capabilities

Most software process models dont include, or even consider, the capability of the user. In this book, the authors have developed a capabilities-oriented software process model, which has been formalized in Unified Modeling Language and implemented as a tool. The text explores concepts from selection to assessment to psychology that make up this approach.
