The long-term effects of inter-generational trauma and abuse will continue to filter down through future generations and impact everyone within the family unit until the cycle is broken and brought out from the darkness into the light. Based on some of her most challenging personal and life experiences, in her first book, A Few Loose Feathers, Liana invites her readers on an intimate journey through a collection of poetry and prose that shed light on some of her spiritual beliefs, and lived experiences of child abuse, domestic violence, the addictive nature of co-dependency, and symptoms of chronic depression and anxiety.
