1. Trade-in Offer allows you to trade in your old Smartphone for a brand newSamsung S23 Ultra at a discounted price.

2. The trade in device can be at any condition, Devices will be tested in Jarir Bookstore. If the trade-in device does not meet the given conditions, customer will only allow to do trade-in in a different grade.

3. Only Smartphones are allowed to trade-in.

4. Once the old device is successfully tested inside Jarir Bookstore, the customer will be able to complete the trade-in transaction and get the new Samsung S23 Ultra at a discounted price.

5. Only device is required for trade in ( No Box or any accessories not required ).

6. Each customer is allowed to trade-in maximum 3 devices in single transaction and customer can use maximum 3 transaction maximum during this promotion.

7. Customer will receive one voucher for the replacement process.

8. The device that the customer will trade-in does not have to be purchased from Jarir Bookstore.

9. Once the device is traded-in and transaction is complete, No return is allowed for traded in device (Old Device).

10. The Trade-in device cannot be redeemed for cash. The new Samsung S23 Ultra can’t be returned even if sealed.

11. In case New Samsung S23 Ultra is defective the standard Jarir return policy will be applied.

12. Evaluation of the device is at complete discretion of Jarir Bookstore. Jarir has the right to REJECT any device that doesn’t meet the requirement.

13. The following cases are not accepted in the trade in service:

A. Having a personal account in the device.

B. Having a pass code or digital lock in the device.

C. Blurred device serial numbers.

14. Completing the trade in process requires obtaining the customer's data such as email, name, mobile number and national ID/residence number and the required signatures, and in the event that the customer refuses to provide the information, Jarir Bookstore has the right to refrain from providing the service.

15. It is advisable to backup the files and then make sure that they are deleted from the device, Jarir Bookstore disclaims responsibility for any consequences of not deleting the data.

16. Ownership of the device passes to Jarir Bookstore after completing the trade in process and cannot be returned to the customer, including but not limited to accessories received with the device (screen protector, data saved on the device).

17. The service allows to trade up to three old devices to get a new one provided that the new device is higher or equal to the value of the trading voucher.

18. The voucher must be used on the same day as its issuance and in the same showroom that issued it and the customer is not entitled to claim it after its expiry and can retrieve his old device in case the trade-in process is not completed.

19. The customer can cancel before completing the trade-in process but once it is completed the device cannot be returned or clamed as Jarir Bookstore policy for exchange and return will be applied as described in the purchase invoice.

20. The trade-in service is available at Jarir Bookstore showrooms in Saudi Arabia, except the airport showrooms, King Abdulaziz Airport and Prince Mohammed Bin Abdulaziz Airport.

21. This promotion is valid in KSA Showrooms only. Starting from February 16 till March 30, 2023 or until stocks last.

22. Trade-in Customers are not entitled to get SR 300 Free Gift Voucher.

Buyback offer enables all customers who purchased Samsung S23 Ultra devices to get a fixed buy-back price that start from 2,600 SR (50% from original invoice price). The price will be used as a discount to buy the new Samsung S-series device.

Covered Devices: All Samsung S23 Ultra modes that were sold in the period 16/2/2023 until 31/3/2023

1. Buy any Samsung device with a value not less than 3,500 Saudi Riyal from any Jarir Bookstore showrooms in Saudi Arabia (Excluding: Al-Rashid Showroom, King Abdulaziz Airport Showroom and Prince Mohammad bin Abdulaziz Airport Showroom)

2. The old device presented by customer is a Samsung S23 that was purchased from Jarir Bookstore in the period 16/2/2023 – 31/3/2023

3. Present the proof of purchase that shows the IMEI of the device (Jarir Bookstore staff can help obtaining the invoice if the IMEI was register in the invoice)

4. The old device is working fine and in good condition, and passes the below checklist

• All passwords and personal accounts are removed

• All device functions works fine

• The device’s screen is in very good condition (no damages except light scratches)

• The device’s body is in very good condition (no damaged except light scratches)

• There is no bent on device

• All ports/buttons works fine

• There are no signs of liquid

• Battery not bulged

• SIM was removed

• The original OS is installed on the device

In case any of the above condition was not met, Buyback offer cannot be availed.

The last day to avail the promise is 31/3/2024

-Handover your old device (covered under Buyback Offer) to our After-sale Services Technicians in order for them to inspect the device.

-If the device passes the buy-back checklist, you will be given a voucher worth 50% of your original device’s value.
