The Board of Directors of Jarir Marketing Co. has recommended on 07/08/2018 the distribution of dividend to the shareholders for the period the 2nd Quarter of 2018 as following:

1.Total amount of distribution of dividend SAR 162 Millions.

2.Dividend per share SAR 1.80.

3.Dividend represents 18% of the Face value.

4.Number of Shares for Dividend 90 Million.

5.The eligibility of dividends shall be for the shareholders whose owns shares on maturity Monday, 27/08/2018, and registered with the Securities Depository Center Company (Depository Center) at the end of the second trading day following the date of maturity.

6.Details of dividend distribution date : 05/09/2018.
