Jarir Marketing Co. announces the distribution of dividend for period the 1st Quarter of 2018

The Board of Directors of Jarir Marketing Co. has recommended on 07/05/2018 the distribution of dividend to the shareholders for the period the 1st Quarter of 2018 as following:

 

  1. 1. Total amount of distribution of dividend SAR 216 Millions.
  2. 2. Dividend per share SAR 2.40.
  3. 3. Dividend represents 24% of the Face value.
  4. 4. Number of Shares for Dividend 90 Million.
  5. 5. The eligibility of dividends shall be for the shareholders whose owns shares on maturity Wednesday, 16/05/2018, and registered with the Securities Depository Center Company (Depository Center) at the end of the second trading day following the date of maturity.
  6. 6. Details of dividend distribution date : 24/05/2018
