Jarir Replacement Warranty

Warranty Period and Scope of Service

 1. Jarir Replacement Warranty is a service that enables the customer to replace the device in the event of a verified manufacturing defect.

 2. To benefit from the Jarir Replacement Warranty, a registered subscription must appear on the purchase invoice, and the service applies only to specific devices.

 3. The service covers iPhone 17 devices purchased from Jarir Bookstore during the period 12/09/2025 to 30/09/2025.

 4. The Jarir Replacement Warranty is valid for one (1) year from the date of purchase and applies only to the device. It does not affect the manufacturer’s warranty period stated by the manufacturer.

 5. The warranty period is one (1) year from the date of purchase.

 6. The device will be subject to a technical inspection using official tools approved by the manufacturer before carrying out the replacement process.

7. The Jarir Replacement Warranty does not cover any cases that are not accepted under the manufacturer’s warranty, or those listed in the general warranty terms review warranty policy by click here .

8. The Jarir Replacement Warranty does not apply to repairs or damages covered AppleCare+ subscriptions .

9. In the event the customer has an active AppleCare+, it is the customer’s responsibility to contact the manufacturer to transfer or benefit from the subscription.

10. Replacement is limited to the device only and does not include accessories or add-ons (such as screen protectors or similar items).

11. Jarir Bookstore is not responsible for customer data. It is solely the customer’s responsibility to back up and transfer their data to the new device.

12. Jarir Bookstore’s maximum liability is limited to repairing or replacing the device in accordance with the warranty terms. The company bears no responsibility for any direct or indirect damages.

13. The original purchase invoice must be presented when requesting the service.

14. The service is provided exclusively at Jarir Bookstore showrooms within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Replacement and Compensation Mechanism

 1. The product will be replaced with an identical product as per the purchase invoice, or replaced with another product of the customer’s choice based on the value of the device at the time of replacement.

 2. If the same product is not available in the showroom, the customer shall have the option to repair the device (excluding cases rejected by the manufacturer under warranty repair) and receive compensation in the form of Jarir purchase vouchers according to the following table:



Service Centers

 1. For Apple products, immediate replacement under warranty is available exclusively at authorized service centers (15 centers) across different cities in the Kingdom. to view service centers click here .

 2. Customers may also visit Jarir Bookstore showrooms to submit their device, and Jarir will provide free delivery to the service center to complete the inspection and replacement process.
