Any organizations must need resources to be provided in order to suppky for their organizational development. However, resouces may include human resources, equipment facilities resources, earth natural resource e.g. land, water wood, gas et. building material resources, even working time resources, technological etc. different kinds of resources. Thus, it seems that any organizations must need some resources to help their organizational daily operation in success.
The question concerns what the best resources used strategies to be achieve the most efficiency or the best performance to be organizational development. How can business apply right or reasonable science management principle to manage that businesses effectively and efficiently in order to achieve sale and profit raising aim in the least resource suitation? Otherwise, applying wrong or unreasonable science management principle, it can bring what disadvantages or negative impacts to the businesses.
