Globalization and Teacher Training

The curriculum is considered a political document that reflects the hegemony of state power, but it is subject to permanent and unfinished construction as it occurs in the diversity and convergence of discourses, or arguments that contribute to the clarification of options regarding decision-making. However, globalization interferes and imposes the definition of public policies in developing countries. Where is the hegemony of state power? This book presents the impact of globalization on educational policies in Mozambique, which resulted in numerous curricular reforms and models of primary teacher training courses between 1975 and 2020.
