Zoology emerged as a science in ancient Greece and Aristotle was one of its most fervent cultivators. This scientific field is responsible for the study or treatment of animals in their most varied facets, for example, it helps us classify animals by their true kinship relationships, to know the evolutionary processes of the different zoological groups, the relationships that they establish. with each other and with the environment, their external morphology, their internal anatomy, the physiological processes that they develop during their life cycle and how hereditary characters are transmitted from parents to offspring.
