Tony is a seasoned professional with more than three decades of experience working in youth correctional services. His career has been shaped by a deep commitment to understanding, guiding, and advocating for young people during some of the most vulnerable seasons of their lives.

He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Developmental Psychology and a Master of Science degree in Child and Adolescent Psychology, with additional doctoral level studies and research in Administrative Leadership. This academic foundation, combined with decades of hands on experience, has given Tony a nuanced understanding of the psychological, emotional, and developmental needs of youth, as well as the systems that shape their outcomes.

Throughout his career, Tony has been recognized for his dedication, integrity, and impact. He was awarded the Governors Beacon Award by the State of California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation in recognition of his outstanding service and commitment to improving the lives of young people.
